Insurance Eligibility Information

We offer you and your family coverage that helps keep quality health care affordable.
  • Health Care - Full-time benefit eligible employees in California and Arizona may choose from two different health care options; an HMO and a PPO OAMC option. Washington employees have access to the PPO option. SIMNSA medical insurance is also available (California only). When you enroll in a medical plan, you're automatically covered under the mental health and substance abuse plans as well - at no extra cost.
  • Dental Care - Full-time benefit eligible employees may choose from two different dental plans; a DMO and a PPO option. SIMNSA dental insurance is also available (California only).
  • Employee Assistance Program - This confidential, free resource program is completely separate from MG Properties and is available to all employees and their families from the very first day of employment. EAP Horizon CareLink is there to help you balance the demands of work, life and personal issues.
  • TASC Flexible Spending Accounts - All employees are eligible to participate in a flexable spending account which allows an employee to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses, most commonly for medical expenses but often for dependent care or other eligible expenses.   • Colonial Life - All employees are eligible to participate in supplemental insurance to help fill the gaps in their coverage and protect their families. These coverages include Short-term Disability, Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness, and Life Insurance.
